It’s Gonna Be a Nice Day But…
It is summer so come prepared. Our expected high for the day is 75☀ Please be sure to take care of yourself by staying hydrated. While there is shade in our Resource Fair space there is none in the performance space.
The Rotunda(Performance Space)
The Rotunda is not protected from the sun. We suggest bringing umbrellas or parasols and wearing sunblock. The Rotunda has stadium-like concrete seating. If you choose to use this seating we suggest bringing a towel or a blanket to sit on. There is also a grassy area available.
Suggestions:

- Bring a camping chair for more comfortable seating
- Bring an umbrella for shade and use plenty of unscented sunblock to protect your skin

Accessibility
- There are ramps in several key locations in the area
- Spaces for resource fair and performance space are both flat and wheelchair accessible
- ADA accessible porta potties on site for your use
- CART will be available for our main stage and ASL interpreters will be onsite.
- Ear plugs and KN95 masks are available at information
Security
For our protection and as mandated by the city there will be unarmed security present at this event provided by Alpha Patrol. They can be identified by there uniforms and badges. They will be posted at entrances and exits.
Food
We do not have food vendors for this event but there are several lovely establishments nearby. There will be an eating area near the resource fair. Food places near Oakland City Hall Open on Saturdays -updated
